Lisa Kurrass, Vice President Lisa Kurrass founded Real Estate Connection International in 1990 in Houston, Texas. What began as a property management firm grew into a full-service brokerage handling residential, luxury, and commercial properties locally and internationally. In 2015, she expanded her business presence into Costa Rica. Lisa made history in 2008 when she was elected World President of FIABCI (The International Real Estate Federation) in Amsterdam, becoming the first female president in the organization’s 60-year history. During her presidency, she traveled to 32 cities worldwide and had 26 appointments with the United Nations. Her leadership term began with her installation in Beijing in 2009 and concluded in Bali in 2010. Known for her integrity and global connections, Lisa has been featured in MSNBC, Fox News, and Reuters. She and her husband Robert have two children who served in the U.S. military. The Kurrass family are active members of Dominion Church. |

James Brockway, Director James Brockway is the Owner/Broker of Brockway Commercial, a Bay Area-Houston based commercial real estate brokerage founded in March 2004. As a broker and developer for over twenty-five years and a CPA for more than thirty years, James has been intimately involved in the development process, from site selection, land acquisition, sitework development through vertical development. For the past 9 years, James has worked exclusively for his commercial brokerage involved in sales, leasing and development of real estate. James’s community involvement includes being prior Commissioner of the League City Planning and Zoning Commission, Chairman of the League City Chamber of Commerce and Director of the Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Network (BACREN) from January 1, 2016 to Present. |

Her passion for fashion design and beach travel around the world fuels a creative eye for aesthetics, culture, and storytelling. This blend of creativity and structure led her into design, development, and construction within the commercial real estate industry. She is currently working with Rutledge Commercial Real Estate, where she applies both vision and execution to help bring commercial projects to life. Outside of work, Arianna is a devoted mother to two young children who inspire her daily. She is actively involved in her Catholic church, where she volunteers her time and teaches a pre-confirmation class. She is supported by an amazing husband who has made life richer and far more meaningful through his intelligence, guidance, and unwavering partnership. |
Ronnie Orman, Director Ronnie Orman is a commercial real estate professional serving the Houston Bay Area and an active member of the Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Network (BACREN). First introduced to BACREN in 2021, he quickly recognized the value of its collaborative environment, professional engagement, and the opportunity for members to share listings and industry insights. Ronnie brings decades of leadership and technical experience across industries including telecommunications, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and consulting. A United States Marine Corps Vietnam era veteran who served in intelligence and attained the rank of Sergeant, he developed the discipline, integrity, and service focused mindset that continue to guide his professional and personal life. Libby Cadillo, Director Ms. Cadillo is the Managing Director and Lead Investment Officer for Cadillo Companies, LLC. She develops and executes marketing strategies for assets being sold or leased in the Texas market while leading investment initiatives and transaction activities across the United States on behalf of her clients. She brings more than 23 years of experience across accounting, finance, marketing, business development, investment management, corporate real estate, and commercial real estate investments. Prior to launching her practice in corporate real estate and CRE investment brokerage, she served as Regional Manager for Standard Insurance in Portland, where she focused on expanding the San Diego market and advising clients on financial planning, wealth management, and portfolio diversification strategies, including real estate funds. Earlier in her career, Ms. Cadillo held corporate leadership roles overseeing Assets under Management, portfolio management, and institutional retirement plans. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Commercial Real Estate Investments and is a designated Broker in Texas. |
